By submitting this vendor application, I agree to the terms and conditions of participation in the event and confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I also agree that if my application is approved, that I will be required to pay a $25 vendor fee or, alternatively, donate a product or service to the Furry Friend Fund raffle which aids in granting necessary health care to animals in need.

  1. Booth Setup and Cleanup: a. Vendors are responsible for bringing materials, setting up their booths promptly no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the event. b. Booths must be manned by the vendor or their representative throughout the duration of the event. c. Vendors are required to maintain a clean and tidy booth area. d. At the conclusion of the event, vendors must remove all their belongings and leave the booth area clean and free of debris.
  2. Professional Conduct: a. Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional manner and treat all event attendees, organizers, and fellow vendors with respect. b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event and permanent loss of privilege from attending future events.
  3. Non-Disparagement: a. Vendors shall not engage in any form of negative or disparaging remarks about Appalachian Veterinary Services, Inc. its employees, or other vendors before, during, or after the event. b. Any concerns or issues should be addressed directly with the event organizers in a constructive and professional manner.
  4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: a. Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to their products or services. b. It is the responsibility of the vendors to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or permits required for their participation in the event.
  5. Liability and Insurance: a. Vendors participating in the event do so at their own risk. b. Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance and ensuring its adequacy to cover any potential claims arising from their participation in the event. c. Appalachian Veterinary Services, Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors or their representatives during the event.
  6. Indemnification: a. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Appalachian Veterinary Services, Inc. its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the event.
  7. Termination: a. Appalachian Veterinary Services, Inc. reserves the right to terminate a vendor's participation in the event at its sole discretion if there is a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive behavior.
  8. Changes and Amendments: a. Appalachian Veterinary Services, Inc.reserves the right to make changes or amendments to these terms and conditions as deemed necessary. Vendors will be notified of any such changes in writing.
